Question: How can I send gift to Bangladesh? 

 Ans: Select item from GIFT section with delivery address details, time and receiver details. Once payment confirmed, our Bangladeshi DOS team will arrange delivery of your order. All our delivery item are freshly order after order confirmation and delivered door to door (Extra delivery charge apply for outer Dhaka) with special greetings card.

 Question: What happen if delivery is unsuccessful in first attempt?

 Ans: Prior to delivery time for Gift item, we will contact receiver if receiver contact details provided, if we are unable to contact receiver over the phone we will proceed with the delivery process according to order schedule time. For Gift order elivery, only one attempt will be proceeding. If address details are not correct and receiver is unavailable, receiver needs to pick up GIFT order delivery from our Bangladesh office. Please note flower, cakes, and any food and drink item order  will be forfeited if delivery is not successfully in first attempt and no refund will be made.
